Re: photo essay of 5th valve addition / restoration to a Cerveny 5/4 CC

The ENTIRE shipment of 691’s played basically in the key of BB…. Not CC, but almost completely down to B. If you see them now, th ...

Renting a tuba in New Mexico

Anyone ever rent a tuba in Santa Fe or Albuquerque?
Seems to be very few shops down there, much less with a tuba of any kind to rent out for a couple days.
Thanks! :tuba:

Musical instrument insurance recommendations

Howdy,

What's your favorite instrument insurance provider? Anyone a long-time customer?

Really curious if anyone had an incident where they actually needed to make a claim with their instrument insurer.
I would assume the majority of them are shipping related.

Thank you in advance.

Both horns have great reviews(but Berg has MORE reviews, it came first) On a Facebook post, the Wessex founder said "the Linz is based on the Berg, but with a smaller 15" bell"" But, on their website, both are listed with the same specs, bore and 15" bells. Seems like an older version of the Berg ...
