That is a fascinating tuba. I would love to hear / play it. I had no personal experience with Gary Stewart but wasn’t he the go to low brass repair / restore guy in Southern California doing work for all the big name brass guys like Jim Self? If this was Gary’s personal horn I would expect it must be a well executed tuba. I’d love to try that 5th valve position.
