Here is the granddaddy of Tuxedo bags. This is for Big Boy tubas. Up to 21" bells and height of at least 40" (I think it is 41" but I'm not sure). Decent shape, one tear in the interior lining and some missing foam. BP straps are fine and I have a replacement shoulder strap.
$50 + shipping (I will guess $25-$50, depending where you are)

Old-style upright-bell King 1240/1241/2340/2341 tubas will fit in these, assembled… Even with the 22-inch-diameter bells.
