I bought a Daryl Smith new from the Kalison factory in Milano about 20 years ago, and I remember that the JK Exclusive 3C was given as a standard included with the horn. Then I kept the mouthpiece when I sold the horn, it means that I liked it, but not probably enough to keep it for life as I gave it away to a friend a few yers later.. I clearly remember though that the box was a regular JK Exclusive box, the Kalison brand was appearing only on the cup.
