tips for linking to youtube

When you want to make a post with a youtube video, it seems you have to use the URL with the actual word "youtube" written out.

youtu.be does not work

It seems like you do NOT have to remove the S from https

click the youtube button above, and paste the URL from youtube in between the words youtube that appear

I'm going to practice, because the first time I tried, it didn't work

EDIT, OK if your video link has an ampersand (&) near the end, , remove it and anything after that

Once the “media” tag (looks like a little tv) is up and running it embeds YouTube in any url format.
