I have used Greyhound twice to move tubas across this huge country of mine. Yes, the tracking is non-existent and if you haven't learned patience prior to sending OR receiving a horn, then you will by the time it has arrived. It is too bad that this service is now gone. Sending horns by freight truck, train or driving them are now really the only options unless you have a friend driving a large vehicle and having a friendly nature.
