Aaagh. Sorry, see below. On second consideration price may actually be high given the patches. Overall condition of the body looks good, however.

If it's a cerveny, I've seen them go for Half that price in twice that condition

That's a fair price for European horn, IMO. It's rare to see them much cheaper, although it does happen.
