Not totally sure of key either, but i have seen the 3rd valve loop wrap on a Keefer Eb sousaphone so i tend to believe it is Eb due to the single upper bow.
Baltimore Brass has one for sale too:
and list theirs as an Eb
(and just to include the craigslist pic)
I think i would believe these are similar sized, just that the camera is nearer in the craigslist pic. And i am inclined to believe Baltimore Brass knows what it has.
Anyway, i still think the world of Keefers! Someone give them good homes!
