Well, yes, but the harp makes nearly everything sound better.

very nice!
Not "yours specifically", but... - IN GENERAL - tuba sound-beginnings tend to be soft/vague, and combining a solo tuba with accompanying instruments with "hard" sound beginnings (harpsichord/harp/xylophone...even triangle) has been successful.

I saw this right after you published it. The first several views are probably mine. LOL Tuba and harp is a super combination!
When I saw harp used as a rhythm instrument in blasmusik and volksmusik (WudaraMusi, Herbert Pixner, etc.), I began to have a new love of harp. Your video opens the doors to new possibilities we might not have thought about. Excellent work, as always.

Re: Tuba and Harp? Best Duo ever!
Never pass up an opportunity to ask a harpist who plays with one of your orchestras this question:
“To what frequency do you tune your A above middle C?“
So far, it has never failed:
The better the orchestra, the lower the number they’ve told me.
...and don’t bother asking a piano tuner, because they don’t sit and play with the orchestra.
