Any information regarding the dimensions and characteristics of this vintage mouthpiece? I came across it and rather like it!

If you want to keep the old PT-1 outer and inner dimension, rather than the new PT popular outer shell, you can go with a Rudolf Meinl RM1 mouthpiece. It's going to be extremely similar. I think Lee Stofer has them in stock.
