Inexpensive. I don't recognize the maker's mark, but the fact that there's a thigh-cutter on the bottom implies to me that it's a European horn.

It's an old 4/4 Leningrad. Those symbols were usually followed by a number which was the actual selling price. According to Stas in Moscow.
