I bought one of the Besson International 782 Eb's a few months back (near new, price was good). GREAT sounding horn and so much fun to play on...though I'm not a daily (or even weekly) Eb player.

It's not exactly what you want, but Dillon's has a "Triumphonic" 3v Eb comp for very little money.
