Tuba Quartet Music
I've got a band director friend who asked me if I had any sources for tuba quartet music made up of four tubas (NOT two euphs and two tubas). They're all juniors in high school. Does anyone have something I could steer him towards? He said he'd been browsing through the Tuba Euph Press stuff from Cimarron Publishing, but it's pretty limited and too advanced. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Re: Tuba Quartet Music
Seems like these used to be more common in the 70s and 80s. I still have one from my U. of Kentucky days that Don Haddad wrote for me for a recital but never published it. It is probably doable for them if they have one or two that can park in the high register for a while. Each of these websites has a few that require no euphoniums, but you have to sift through it to find them. As you say, they are scarce.Tubajug wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 4:46 pm I've got a band director friend who asked me if I had any sources for tuba quartet music made up of four tubas (NOT two euphs and two tubas).
