Edit: Sold.
This week one of Denton (TX) Big Brass' customers is offering a 4/4 Eastman BBb 534 Tuba in lacquer. Not a horn that often comes up for sale on the second hand market!
Specs from the Eastman Site :

This instrument is in good condition, with some lacquer wear on the MTS, a couple of small dents, including a mouthpiece drop dent on the bell, and minor scratching in the lacquer as evidence of light use.
DBB owner, and professional tubist, Carl Kleinsteuber reports "Plays easily, with excellent intonation"
Seller is asking $4,550 net. The instrument comes with an ABS hard case.

Is this Eastman model a clone of the King 2341? To my eye it certainly seems to have numerous similarities.

Yes, it’s based on the 2341 with some improvements made based on feedback from @Matt Walters and others.

related (same size/shape/bore of tuba)...
Matt Walters built himself a remarkably nice C instrument from a 4/4 York body (surely: originally B-flat).
I've also played a similar C (put together by someone with less experience) that didn't quite offer the remarkable intonation that Matt's offers, but with the same wonderful resonance.
Whether B-flat or C, I like the extra "oomph" and "teeth" in the sound of that defunct (ever so slightly smaller) York/Holton 4/4 bell and bugle size. When playing back-to-back with a "new-style" King, the York/Holton 4/4 (sure, with a front-action valveset, and with a bore size a bit larger than the original York .655" or Holton .665" bore) experience is eyebrow-raising.
Otherwise, the similar York (and Holton) instruments' bottom bows were actually nearly identical to (and interchangeable with) King 4/4 bottom bows.
