Valve Buttons

Post by tclements »

Friends,

I'd like to buy some fancy schpancy valve caps (finger buttons) for my MW 6450 Baer model. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Also, for my Wessexs.

I have a set made by Martin Wilk on my MW 5450… They’re very nice but I did need to get some felt added as they would hit against the valve cap. I believe it was $125 for the set of four. I like them, they are much lighter than the stock MW buttons.

Additionally, several people are just putting custom inlays in the stock finger buttons if that’s more what you’re looking for. There are some pages on Facebook that you could check out.

I believe that Dan Oberloh has done this in the past. You might ask him.
