getting paid by institutions, etc.

Sometimes, it just seems like some folks need a hammer against the head, and a 2 x 4 against the butt.

‘ you know what we DON’T get (along with “NOT getting paid”…??)
paid vacations, sick days, personal days, summers off, doctor bills paid, national advocacy, and pensions. 🙄

Guess what else they have?
Tubas with thousands of dollars of damage and - thus - “bids requirements“ 🥸 for repairs over (measly - particularly post-11/20) 500 bucks.

Guess whose torn-up crap gets fixed right away ?
- those who keep track of their paperwork, submit that paperwork to the proper people on the same day as received, follow up to make sure everything is properly sent and received - paperwork-wise, and whose financial secretaries pay right away 😐

Let me just say THANKS to some of you who come here with your stuff in need of repair, stay overnight for one or more days, visit with us, and pay on your way out the door. 😎
