At the risk of emitting a hollow-resonating “me too”,
I have a Sovereign BB-flat up in the loft in a Winter case that is pretty beat up, but the machine is in good shape. There are a lot of scratches, but it is shiny. It’s not close to the top of the list, but I’m eventually going to take it apart, smooth it out nicely, put it back together, and offer it for sale straight/shiny/scratchy with that nice case.
I can’t remember if it has that badge…
I’m thinking it’s from the 1980s.
