This wasn't the worst beat-up ever, but was somewhat "sad"...
now: "happy"-looking
The bottom bow repair was another "leave the cap in place" job.
The oem wire on the large upper bow was caved in, but I got everything back where it belongs - and round - without removing that wire.
As can be seen, I did not un-solder the "bugle".
I also found a matching-gauge (small width) guard wire (formerly-missing) for their bottom bow. The instrument's owner will install it.
again: Dent removal is as far as I'll go, as far as helping others along with their projects.
