Simonetti tuba museum

Post by bort2.0 »

In May, I have to travel to North Carolina for work. I actually have to go to Greensboro, but the flight to Raleigh was direct and much cheaper. That means I'll be driving straight past the Simonetti tuba museum, on a Tuesday late afternoon, which is in fact exactly when they are open. :tuba:

I've never been -- it's worth a stop, right? What's the coolest thing that I need to make sure I don't miss? (I'm notorious for going somewhere and missing the best part.) How long should I leave for the visit?

PS -- not sure how much free time I'll have during the quick trip, but curious -- anyone here located in Greensboro?
