Yes, it is a 183-4R Eb.
They no longer have a 183 Eb on their website. They have stopped making "classic" parts, so I wonder if the 183 made it across that cutoff. Maybe they still make them on special order.

The various versions of the 183 never did anything for me, and Miraphone recording basses never sound - to me - like recording basses.
