I very strongly suspect that it would.
I have a tuba fairly similar to yours, and - if someone would like for me to spend an 8 hours, which would include a 30 minute lunch break and a few pee-pee breaks) working on their instrument sometime in August - show up with a BRAND NEW one of these to offer in trade. (no substitutions, please)
