Looking for "Little Madrigal for Big Horns" by Ross Hastings

Post by Mikelynch »

It's a trio for E,T,T; and is an oldie, published in 1972 by Southern Music in San Antonio (purchased by another company in 2012, I believe), and appears to be (not surprisingly) out of print.

Somehow I seem to have lost the 2nd part, so thought i would see if someone has the piece just sitting around that they would like to sell.

Thanks!
Mike

I stopped for a moment, and looked for my old tuba ensemble folders from when I taught at a university one year. I’ve seen them many times, but didn’t see them when I stopped to look. I feel strongly that that piece is in one of those sets of folders.

edit:
found ONE set of those ancient folders - did NOT see that piece in THAT set of folders.
will look around a bit more...(??)

What about interlibrary loan?

This school seems to have it...

...and the Sibley Library at the Eastman School of Music seems to have just about everything.
