I'm pretty sure those tubas are 40 inches tall with a 19 inch bell..and (depends on where measured) "large" girth...
...so it may well fit some other things as well.
As just one example, I recently purchased a far-less-commonly-seen model of tuba, but which would probably fit in that bag.
