I owned a 2000. Kind of squirrelly intonation (5+1 = Eb) but I really liked that thing. I think even with the shipping cost that is not a bad price for a lot of tuba, granted it arrives intact.

Note that the 2000 in Brunswick AU is BBb, reportedly a variation that was not exported to the US. I got mine (4V) from Canada. Liking it a lot. I don't notice anything really troublesome about the intonation, but - despite the "Pro" instrument - I'm not pro or even advanced.

There was a 5V BBb 2000 over there back when I got mine, would not be surprised if it's the same one. I imagine the listed price is US dollars, and I'd say it's well worth that, but imagine if it were Australian?

The Pro2000 BBb is wrapped differently than mine, specifically, the fifth valve circuit. This one looks to be a newer model based upon the bell engraving. I'm still enjoying mine.
