No, they are obviously pullers and ad states that.

I believe the pricing is a bit optimistic?

Those slide rings look like they're made of mouthpiece rims that have been cut off. Very beefy.

Sorry, I was trying (unsuccessfully) to be funny.

It struck me as weird that they put the rings at different heights.
Some old Yorks, Martins, and perhaps a King rotary valved CC

I'm not crazy about the way the pulls look (and am not sure of the need), but given the candy apple bell, they're not the most visually striking thing about the horn.
