Santa wants a tuba for Christmas

Post by bort2.0 »

Does anyone still at this at their TubaChristmas events? In Baltimore, it was (maybe still is?) a yearly tradition, and was Ed Goldstein on tuba (his factory 6/4 Holton CC) and Harvey (in person) singing (as many years as he was able).

I haven't been back to Baltimore TC since Harvey died, so I'm not sure if this stopped or has continued.

I miss it.

Perhaps a Hallmark of a TC event that I organize one day...

Missoula, MT TubaChristmas does it -- organizer/conductor Gary Gillett sings, Ben Kirby and Kyle Gillett perform solos.
