Zoom H2N - one question only

Post by bloke »

I'm wondering if someone can tell me the answer to this one simple question without me rifling through or downloading an owner's manual.

The external mic input:

Is that input stereophonic?

Thanks!

The recording device itself has been misplaced for quite a while, I finally "unearthed" it from its hiding place.

Considerably more worrisome, a pair of really high-end studio quality microphones (made in Germany) have also been hiding, and I also just found them. It sounds like I'm going to be able to have some fun now.

...so I just found a seller on eBay that has a manufactured split cord that goes from 1/8 inch miniature stereo male to a pair of quarter inch mono female plugs. I figure that it's better to use something like this then to stick a bunch of stuff together with adapters, because the more connections there are, the more chance there is for hum or buzz..
