SOLD! York 6/4
All original BBb York 6/4 tuba. $8000 with gig bag, york 99 mouthpiece, vintage tuba method books. Would prefer not to ship.
Horn is located in Pensacola Florida.
With inflation going the way it is, one day this will seem very reasonable.
No trades.

Re: York 6/4
This horn has been sold to a friend here on Tuba Forum. I am sure he will come forward with an update soon. This has been the coolest instrument I've ever owned... a real joy to play as well. An instrument from the 20s in the condition is about as rare as it gets. I have owned it long enough and I'm happy it is going to someone that will treasure it as much as I did.
Sad-happy!

Re: SOLD! York 6/4
Congratulations to the new owner !!!
If they are at least 97 years old (and in bad health), I would consider offering $1000 for them to will it to me.
