This takes me back. I used one of these toobahs in high school. My school "upgraded" from the smaller-bell 681 when I was a freshman (although I think the 681 played a bit better). I played on the 681 in 7th and 8th grade, then switched to this 686 from 9th grade to 11th grade, when I got a CC.

Yes, great price. Good tuba. Basically like a Miraphone 186 but maybe a little less sturdy.

Or if you're @LeMark, the Miraphone 186 is basically like the Cerveny, except for thicker metal.
Really though, it looks like a recent model Cerveny -- I've tried a few of them (and owned a newer Cerveny 653 F tuba). Some say the valve linkages feel a bit thin -- better than JinBao, but not as nice as Miraphone. I would agree they are not at the Miraphone level (IMO, nothing really is), but I thought they were solid, quick, and silent.
As Joe mentioned about his F tuba after playing the Kaiser... the valves on the Cerveny felt like a toy.
I'm sure Matt needs no help selling this tuba, I'd bet that some HS kid is going to grab it this weekend or next.
