Hard to tell what it exactly is from that picture, but I'm not so sure it's a Couesnon - every one I've seen has a ferrule half way up in the top bow (meaning a separate straight tapered large side of the top bow, like a Conn 20J).

Could be a Conn, or less likely a Buescher.....?

Looks almost identical to my Pan American 'Giant' Eb. Model 62J I believe (1925-1929). Mine's not silver plate but otherwise very close.
