Re: WTB: Bach 6 1/2 AL large shank
I might have some new in the box Blessing ones out in the barn, but I would have to look.
On top of my dresser - tarnished but not marked up - I see a B&S one that features a larger throat and one that simply says 6-1/2AL with no brand and a smaller throat. (Of course, a smaller throat can be drilled out to any size one chooses.)
What is the most absorbently high price that you might be willing to pay?
Does it need to be Bach?
I think I still have some old new Bach stock, but I would have to look to see what sizes.

Re: WTB: Bach 6 1/2 AL large shank
Putting all my cards on the table here, I suppose: I paid $25 including first class mail shipping for a NOS small shank version recently. I assume the large shank is a bit rarer, so I could probably do a bit higher. Doesn't have to be Bach. The no-name would work.

Re: WTB: Bach 6 1/2 AL large shank
Just a suggestion. I tried a Bach 6&1/2 AL and loved it, I later tried a Wick 6B and loved that even more. The Wick’s come in small and large shank versions, you’d want a 6BL.
