That's exactly what it looks like. Looks like a donor bell flare was grafted on the horn, too.

Reynolds TB-10 ?

(same as Olds O-99 except with that weird brass band of brass around the bell throat)

That's a goofy looking one... Maybe a frankenhorner has enough stuff in the ol' junk box to make this into something,

Was thinking of just adding it to MY junk box, but I'm not sure it's worth the 2 hour drive and $99 dollars.

Seems with this one there may be a fine line between sorta-tuba-shaped-object and pile of metal.

I was thinking the same, but don't ReynOLDS have a diagonal brace between the lower 1st and 3rd tubing?

Maybe a bell swap from a TB-10?

Looks like it had two pieces of tape (duct?) holding it together at some point in its life.
