What all you tuba guys need is a tuba-playing wife. I'm about to have three (tubas, not wives,) and a year ago I had none. Who needs furniture?

Yeahbut the usual question about that vintage Mfones --- is the E in the staff flatter than a pancake?

I think playing it as 12 is basically still a requirement.

Miraphone rotary tubas are every bit as drool-worthy (to tuba players) as those sixquartery piston C Harley-Yorkidson things.

...except for Fat Bastard. It just looks - well... - weird.
