Customary unrelated post (FAST sidetrack!) but I was just talking to my wife about this thing last night. She has a great voice, and wants to narrate it for her elementary school.

Thanks, and that's better than nothing.
I'm disappointed that the nice copies were broomed, but I do sincerely appreciate you finding that !

Looks like there's a decent-ish version up at the Internet Archive, as part of a larger collection of vintage animation.
Starts around the 10:22 mark. Should be able to d/l the file and cut out the part you want from there.

Possibly higher quality version released as part of "The Puppetoon Movie" collection, available to stream on Amazon.

Edit: Dropbox link with just the Tubby section, from the Internet Archive collection.
