~sold~ Selmer/Bach "Signet" nickel-silver plated B-flat student trombone with case and mouthpiece. $175 OBO. In good working condition, slide moves freely. Has been professionally serviced. Functional hard case, Bach 12C mouthpiece and some lubricants included.

I would estimate this trombone to be approximately 40 plus years old. You can see the serial number in the pictures if you want to try and narrow it down, but I had no luck doing so.

The nickel-silver plated finish has its share of scratches, small cosmetic dings and some pitting in the contact areas. It is not the same as regular silver plate: it generally looks a little darker, but it does not tarnish and is very easy to maintain - no polishing, just wipe it with a wet or dry rag.

Overall, it is what it is, an older student-level trombone with more than a few years left to give, in very good working order and made in America by a quality maker back when we made things right.

Why pay School band rental fees? This trombone should get any student musician through middle school and high school as long as they take care of it.

If they lose interest or want to upgrade to a better instrument, you can resell it and get all or most of your money back.

Located inTucson, AZ 85745. I can ship to CONUS only. Motivated seller - I don't play trombone.
