FS: 1988 Hirsbrunner HB2P with Reunion Blues Bag

Selling a well loved but absolutely killer HB2P
A handmade horn from 1988 with several mods

1) heavy valve caps made and installed by Warren Deck
2) a few triggers installed by a top brass shop in NYC

The horn was picked from a batch of 9 by Bob Tucci before being sent to Custom Music for Eric Fritz to buy.
He played all 8 or 9 and concurred and took the horn home.

Its been passed around to a few worthy players and somehow I ended up with it.

I no longer play - was hoping to get back into it - but alas, life is going elsewhere.

The horn has some obvious wear and a couple dents, but really plays quite well, and I (even as an amateur now) notice no intonation or stuffiness issues.

I'm into the horn for 10k with the shipping and insurance to me- I'm asking 9500 plus shipping...
Horn is in Detroit

I have a couple special mouthpieces I can include, including a Selmansberger, a Monet, and I have a titanium dragons breath GW
I'll happily sweeten the deal to the interested buyer.

I have this horn listed on the other tubenet and on FB's Tuba/Euph page..

I've had several interested parties but a couple guys wanted me to drive the horn to them to test play and then make a decision - I'm sorry But I can't waste 8-10 hours driving for a joyride.

Nevertheless, its a great horn, and I'd love for someone to own and appreciate this horn as it deserves.

Thanks

Aaron
