What is this? Not much time left. I'll assume it's an old BBb?

Re: what key?
Miraphone 186 BBb.
Yes, the wrap on the 186 CCs make a more-or-less right angle going into and out of the valves, while BBb 186s have the bowed-out tubing.

Re: what key?
I did a zoom (or facetime, I think) demo of the unusual F Miraphone I sold a few months ago. It was a lot better for me than recording a fixed sample would have been, and I think it worked well for the buyer. I wonder how popular that is or will soon be?
Mary Ann, what are you looking for? Something to replace the 184? Should I offer you my nice little Scherzer 4 valve C that's not getting much attention lately? It's shorter than a 186, and with a compact wrap like a 188.

Re: what key?
I'm mostly living in fantasy land; if a CC fell in my lap that was lightweight and easy to play, I might bite, but I sold the 184 because I was just using the Star, someone really wanted a 184 in particular, and tubas should be played, not sit in their cases in the back room. I was happy to give it a home where it will be played.
