the Ride
In a couple of weeks or so, it will be the first time that I've ever performed the Ride on a B-flat tuba, but it will be the second time that I've ever played the fourth trombone part on an F-cimbasso, and switched over to the tuba part - and a tuba, during the long notes - just before the transition to B major.
