I thought it was going to be that fully restored Eb of whatever brand that was, which is priced so high nobody would ever buy it... Is that still up there too?

To me, it's a $100 or $150 thing, but I'm not personally interested in it at $100 or $150.
I suspect that a small group of people have a pretty good idea how the resultant eventual instrument would play - and don't want to mess with it, and others have no idea how the resultant instrument would play, thus they also don't want to mess with it.
Were it a 1960s or 1970s 186 body, I believe we all know how long it would have sat there. I'm suggesting only a matter of hours.

Not as long as this one. There was a Conn Eb ad that seemed like it was up for nearly 20 years, but it disappeared a few years back.
