It has been there for months. Upright bell made from a Melton bell, and original front bell. Cases.

Bears the name of Frank Sinatra's tuba player. It would be cool if someone knew where to look for a youtube appearance of Sinatra + 34J 24J - I gave it a try, came up with nothing.

That's what i kinda expected, and why i asked, 'cause to me those valves look short action, so i thought it a 24J (with aspirations toward 25J-ness with the additional bell)

I'm in Port Townsend, WA and, in the 90s, played trumpet in the Port Townsend Community Orchestra. There was a guy who only was in town for about four months out of the year and was on the road with Sinatra's band and he was "Frank Sinatra's french horn player" His name was A.J. and, for the life of me, I can't remember or look up his last name. In Sinatra's band, his nickname was Tex and it was embroidered on the black satin Sinatra jacket he would sometimes wear. A.J. could really play and he always just sight read whatever music we were playing at the time of the concert. Our music wasn't that hard (advanced HS arrangements for the most part). He was a Yamaha artist which meant they sent him horns to play and evaluate. Yamaha even paid the shipping. That kind of impressed me but more impressive was his playing. He worked up a solo to play with us (can't remember the name) and it was spectacular.
