Here is my completely unbiased test of two travel tubas: the Wessex Bubbie and the Melton Trolley, two very different instruments. The Wessex is slightly slimmer, while the Melton almost feels like a full-sized F tuba. Both come in a slim case and with a mute. The Wessex comes with the Mike McLean, and the Melton with the Voigt Brass.
Listen for yourselves and let me know what you think—feel free to comment.

To me over my terrible computer speakers they both sound like bass trombones, a bit tinny. The Melton had more color.

You have reached such an advanced state of trollery, you can even predict potential trolls before they happen.
I’d be on the lookout for black helicopters and unmarked vans if I wuz you!
