I've had friends of overseas people who bought from me to drive to blokeplace, pick up from me locally, and then the friends arranged for overseas shipment.

That stuff can take hours/days and cause migraines.

As @bloke alluded to, it actually was picked up locally, and the buyer put it in a shipping container with lots of other horns they were moving stateside back to the good ol' Confoederatio Helvetica. Quite an endeavor!
