Re: Walla Walla, WA/NE Oregon (FB): poor 4v BBb flower stand $65
I'm on it (ie I'll buy if they will ship). It's a Martin Medium Eb. They made 3v (duh) and 3+1 but I'd be happy to have a 4v.
Some old Yorks, Martins, and perhaps a King rotary valved CC

Thanks, saw all the tubing guts around the back and just assumed BBb.York-aholic wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 1:33 pm I'm on it (ie I'll buy if they will ship). It's a Martin Medium Eb. They made 3v (duh) and 3+1 but I'd be happy to have a 4v.

Well... if ya hold the 4th valve down, isn't it kinda a BBb? That's how bugle valves worked in some early days.arpthark wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 1:35 pmThanks, saw all the tubing guts around the back and just assumed BBb.York-aholic wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 1:33 pm I'm on it (ie I'll buy if they will ship). Yeah, many 4th valve circuits on eb resemble the extra branch on a BBb, at least if you don't pick up on cylindrical tubing as opposed to tapered or conical tubing?
Oh, and hope they include some nice flowers if they do ship.

I think I remember reading that that is what Mr. Jacobs did with an Conn Eb when he auditioned for the Curtis Institute.
