If you haven't yet tossed it, I'm looking to buy (discontinued) one or two of the THIN HORIZONTAL FLUSH-STYLE "SAMSONITE LUGGAGE"-STYLE LATCHES (and mounting screws, etc.) from one of those cases.
I might trade a pretty good Helleberg style (not Sellmansberger) mouthpiece for one, maybe a stock JP euphonium mouthpiece (which is actually a GOOD mouthpiece), or - sure MONEY.
Who has a trashed gray molded plastic Yamaha euphonium case?
