I’m not going to reveal here what the price was for which I sold my helicon with which some are familiar.
Let me just say that it was a price that motivated me to sell.
Those Cerveny helicon bags are too small and almost have no padding.
For the entire time I had it – which was a considerable number of years – the thing rode round in the back seat of my car with no case and no bag.
Maybe – being a businessman with my instruments – I’m not particularly curious regarding how someone might judge me regarding how I might appear - in my gait with my gear - from my parking place to the venue stage…(??)
Were it not that leaving a hard case in the car looks like leaving an instrument in the car, I would often be tempted to unpack at the car, and walk in the stage door or to the venue with my instrument over my shoulder.
…a three-valve E-flat fun-horn…??
I’m certain that if I used something like that on a job, I would do the same thing (even though probably $XXX thing, rather than a $XXXXX thing) - or I might wrap old worn out Walmart quilt around it.

Mrs. bloke’s rag collection, or a thrift store

Maybe something for a Besson 983, MW 2141 or Wilson 3400? I like the Altieri I have for my 'medium' King Eb but it's smaller than your specs.

Brett, have you posted a picture of this horn? Please keep me in mind when that day eventually comes. 😆

Altieri bags have (had?) a pretty flexible fit and are usually fairly cheap on the secondary market.

I think I'd be looking for a used 186 sized Altieri bag.

EEK. I've always considered those to be the "Old Maid card of tuba bags".
...the one that - when you buy a used tuba, and a bag is included - you HOPE it's NOT that one.

That's roughly the amount of protection - when there's any significant amount of impact - that most any bag actually affords.
