The horn in question looks like a medium to me.
I think it is based on conversations regarding bore. An older post by bloke mentioned 5/4, so I thought it might be the larger model. Both have similar layouts.
The thing is REALLY rolled up "tight", but I'd wager that (as a comparable sized tuba) it's as big as a 188 or a 2155 (were it rolled up more loosely).
That having been said, the bore size is probably only 21/32" (Conn/Olds/Reynolds/Bach-size), so (as far as that aspect is concerned) it's definitely not "5/4"...but it does SOUND "5/4"...and d@mned easy to get around on.

What bore are you thinking of for the conversion (something like .656)?

I too recently got my hands on a Holton that also might answer to the affectionate p.o.s. acronym.
A century old small sousaphone with a cracked leadpipe. But i oiled the valves, found all slides move with a minimum of persuasion, and as a stopgap, taped over the crack, and man, it sounds sweet!

I finally got around to measuring the bore, which is .665”
