Happy Tuba Tuesday. Today, the Museum features a Conn, New Wonder, EE flat helicon, 4 piston, 1913.

Bell Diameter 19.25”, Bore Size Valve .692. 4 piston

Comments:

“MADE BY / C.G. CONN Ltd. / ELKHART / IND.” on bell. Floral engraving around identification marks.

A real beauty! Those long braces to the bell feel like they are wasted if your not drying a towel on 'em.

There it is, the 4th valve finger button peeking out between the tag and the glare off the 3rd valve circuit. And with most of the 4th circuit following the bugle, save that little straight section for a tuning slide, it isnhard to tell it's there.
