I found this at a music store and was told it was "new" old stock. It was unused when I received it and I plugged it in maybe twice. Notice the heavier brace & substantial guard bead across the top side. The newer replacements are much more scaled down.
Brass lacquer. May be a little darker than a brand-new set. This will be perfect for your vintage Holton sousaphone. Would consider a trade for money and a used Conn neck and bits depending on the condition.
