This is an amazing opportunity for emerging instrumentalists!
Buxton International Festival is seeking 40 emerging instrumentalists to form the inaugural Buxton International Festival Orchestra
Expanding upon the success of its recent Young Instrumentalist Programmes, in 2025 the Buxton International Festival Orchestra will bring together young musicians from across the UK and Europe for a four-week residency in Buxton, culminating in performances of two opera productions, two symphonic concerts and chamber recitals.
Closing date for applications is Friday 31st January so there’s still time to apply. If you have any questions, please contact: orchestramanager@buxtonfestival.co.uk
