The following are custom made Martin Wilk Martin Mammoth tuning bits.

Nickel with brass accents! First time I have purchased these from him and am impressed at Martin's skill for making these. Pretty! About to go try my new Martin for the first time with these correct tuning bits. I think this is called articulated tuning bit design.

These are needed for Martin's that have the original receiver. Technicians are notorious for replacing the original receiver with a more friendly one that accepts standard mouthpieces or bits. You need these if your horn still has the original receiver and you are missing the bits.

Here's a thought... Buy a half dozen sets of these, squirrel them away, and preserve them for next next gen players. Those Martin tubas are tanks... They will last just fine another 30, 50, etc years ...?
